Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned, so we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery. Problems With Your Files Your experience matters to us. If your download is missing a file, contains a damaged or corrupted file, or you received something different from what was described in the listing, please contact Storybook Botanica. When appropriate, we will gladly help troubleshoot the issue or provide a corrected or replacement file. Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact us with your order information. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
