Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Never. You keep 100% of what you earn. Your Stripe and PayPal accounts are entirely separate from your MakersPage subscription, so buyers pay you directly.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan is genuinely free and does not ask for payment details. You can build a shop, list products and start selling before you ever pay us anything.
What do I actually lose on the free plan?
Quantity, not features. You get 1 shop, 50 products and 1 membership tier. Coupons, analytics, posts and messaging all work the same as they do on a paid plan.
Can I start on Pro and move up later?
Yes. When you upgrade to Studio we credit the unused part of your Pro period, so you only pay the difference for the rest of it.
What happens to my products if I cancel?
Your content is never deleted. You drop back to the free limits and anything over them is hidden until you resubscribe, then it all comes back exactly as it was.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What does "lifetime" actually mean?
The lifetime of the platform, not your lifetime. Your seat never expires and never renews for as long as MakersPage is running. It is a limited run, so once the seats are gone or the deadline passes, the offer is finished.
I am already paying monthly. Do I lose that money?
No. Whatever is left on your current period comes straight off the lifetime price at checkout, and your subscription is cancelled the moment the payment clears. You are never billed twice for the same days.
