Digital Products All digital downloads are final sale. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds on digital purchases. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please reach out — we'll always make it right. Printed Canvas Orders We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been sent to print, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement. Custom Orders A preview of your paint-by-number layout will be sent for approval before printing. Please review carefully — we are unable to reprint due to a change of mind once the order has been approved. Commercial Use All designs are for personal use only.
