Mossvine Digital — License & Terms of Use By purchasing and downloading any design from Mossvine Digital, you agree to the following terms. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design as described below. You are purchasing a license to use the design — you are not purchasing ownership of the design, and all copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Mossvine Digital. What You May Do Personal Use You may use the design for personal, non-commercial projects, including: Printing for your own home, gifts, or personal items Personal crafts, planners, and décor Items made for yourself, family, or friends that are not sold Commercial Use Your purchase includes a commercial license, meaning you may use the design to create and sell finished physical products, including: Print-on-demand items (shirts, mugs, tumblers, totes, etc.) Handmade or crafted goods (sublimation, DTF, vinyl, printed items) Products sold in your own shop, at markets, or through POD platforms You may produce and sell up to [500] finished physical products per individual design. If you need a higher volume, an extended license is available — message me before exceeding this limit. [Remove this cap entirely if you decide to sell unlimited licenses.] You do not need to credit Mossvine Digital on your finished products, though credit is always appreciated. What You May Not Do Regardless of personal or commercial use, you may never: Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or distribute the design file itself, in whole or in part, in any format Sell or share the design as a digital product, clipart, template, or download Offer the design (or a recognizable derivative of it) on any digital marketplace, file-sharing site, or as part of a bundle, kit, or freebie Claim the design as your own original work or register it as a trademark or copyright Use the design to create another digital design product that competes with the original Use the design in any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing way Editing, cropping, recoloring, or combining the design with other elements does not make it an original work or transfer ownership to you. Modified versions remain subject to these same terms. Files & Delivery All products are delivered as instant-download digital files. No physical item is shipped. Please download and back up your files promptly; long-term availability through the platform is not guaranteed. Intellectual Property All designs, including modified or derivative versions, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mossvine Digital. This license may be revoked if its terms are violated, and Mossvine Digital reserves the right to pursue applicable remedies for misuse or infringement. Buyer Responsibility It is your responsibility to ensure your use of any design complies with the platform you sell on and with applicable law, and to confirm the files suit your intended process (sublimation, DTF, print, etc.) before producing finished goods.
