1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY
All products sold in this shop are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ONLY. No physical items will be shipped.
Depending on the product purchased, files may include PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF, editable Canva templates, or other digital formats specified in the listing.
Digital products are delivered electronically through MakersPage or the download instructions provided after purchase.
Please review each product's description, file formats, dimensions, and software requirements before purchasing.
2. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once digital files have been delivered or accessed.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for accidental purchases, changes of mind, or failure to review clearly disclosed product specifications, except where required by applicable law.
However, your satisfaction matters to us!
If you receive an incorrect file, experience a download issue, or discover a defective or corrupted file, please contact us through MakersPage so we can assist you.

- Uploading or distributing the files through file-sharing websites or groups.
- Claiming our original artwork as your own creation.
- Transferring, sublicensing, or giving others access to the purchased digital files.
Extended commercial licensing, where available, requires separate authorization.
4. EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATES
Some products may include editable Canva templates.
Buyers are responsible for having access to Canva and reviewing any software or Canva Pro requirements stated in the listing.
Purchased templates may be customized for their permitted intended use. Original template links and editable source files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with others.
Canva's applicable content licensing terms also apply to Canva elements included in templates.
5. PRINT QUALITY & COMPATIBILITY

However, printed results may vary depending on your printer, software, ink, paper, materials, and color settings.
Buyers are responsible for confirming product compatibility with their equipment and software before purchasing.
6. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original designs and creative content remain the intellectual property of Hobby Ink Designs or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a digital product grants the usage rights specified in this policy and the individual product listing. Copyright ownership is not transferred.
Unauthorized resale, sharing, or redistribution of protected digital files is prohibited.
